Initial contact from the client to us.  The contract and terms are sent to the client, return with the deposit and we’re away!
◊ The fact finding stage.  This is ideally done face to face and over a coffee.  This looks at what the client really is looking for, their likes, dislikes and preferences. 
◊ The search commences to the client specification.  We visit the properties to check that they really do fit the client needs.  We will identify those extra needs such as schools or other local amenities.
◊ We complete a portfolio of properties tailored to you.  You select all, some or none of the properties and we book the appointments for viewing with you.
◊ Client views the properties, either with or without us.
◊ Clients pick the property of choice, negotiation and (hopefully) purchase of the property.
◊ Client moves in and enjoys a celebratory bottle of champagne on us!
