We offer a fully bespoke package tailored to you, designed to search across all the markets to find you that ideal property.  Unlike many, we have no minimum fee.  Because we cover the two counties and are centrally based this allows us to pass on great savings to you.


House Search - The information you provide is used to find that elusive home in the area that matches what you want.  We will visit these properties, view and establish if these meet your requirements.  We will organise the viewings of the properties to your timescales and we go that step further by providing you the full picture, from local schools, Doctors, Dentists to local places to wine and dine.  The registration fee is £500.00 with a fee of 1.20% of the purchase price (less the deposit) following the provision of our service to you.  The complete professional package to really take the strain from you.  We give four months to the search.
Rentals – the deposit of £500 is payable to secure our services followed by half of the first full months rental.  We give two weeks to the search.
Student search – The deposit is £400 to secure the search time, followed by half of the first full months  rental.   We give two weeks to the search.

There are no hidden fees with our charges.  If we can’t find the property that you want then we will not charge for our time (beyond registration).  That is the sign of our commitment to you.
